Garlic Salmon Linguine

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 (15 ounce) can salmon, drained and deboned
- 3⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1⁄4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- Prepare linguine according to pkg directions, drain and set aside.
- In skillet, saute garlic and olive oil.
- Add salmon, chicken broth, parsley, salt and cayenne pepper.
- Cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Add linguine to salmon mixture in skillet, and toss to coat.
