Garlic Rice

Yields: 6 cups
Ingredients
- 6 cups cold cooked rice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup minced garlic
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons fine salt
Directions
- Heat oil in frying pan or wok.
- Add garlic and cook over low fire until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook the garlic.
- Remove 1 tablespoons of garlic and put in a small bowl.
- Add rice to the wok and cook until well mixed.
- Season with salt.
- Serve hot in a plate. Top with browned garlic.
