Garlic Radish

Ingredients
- 600 g sliced radishes
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ice cube
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the Barbecue to high.
- Wrap the radishes, garlic, Butter, ice and salt and pepper in a double layer or aluminium foil and tightly seal it.
- Place the package of the barbecue for 20 mins, until the radishes are tender.
