Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 ounce butter
- 1 minced garlic clove, finely chopped
- 36 ounces fresh mushrooms, halved
- sea salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Place butter and garlic in a sauce pan.
- Heat to medium high, add mushrooms.
- Add 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes till mushrooms are cooked and liquid is syrupy.
