Garlic Grits Casserole

You haven't had southern cooking til you've had grits! Ummmmmm!!!

Yields: 1 casserole

Ingredients

  • 1  cup grits
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 12  rolls garlic cheese
  • 2  eggs, slightly beaten
  • 23 cup milk
  • 1  cup  corn flakes, crushed

Directions

  1. Cook grits according to directions.
  2. Add butter, cheese and eggs and heat until the chees and butter are melted.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Place in a greased pyrex pan.
  5. Cover with corn flakes.
  6. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or 1 hour.
