Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Boil the beans for 8-10 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Drain the water and return the beans to the pot.
- Stir in the garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve!
