Garlic Dill Bread (bread Machine)

This low to medium rising bread has a good dense texture and is very garlicky. Use the bottled chopped garlic as an extra convenience.

Ingredients

• 1  cup water
• 1⁄3 cup  chopped garlic
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
• 1  tablespoon  dill seed
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 2⁄3 cups white bread flour
• 1 2⁄3 cups wheat flour
• 1  tablespoon gluten
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fast rising yeast or 1 1⁄2 teaspoons quick-rising yeast

Directions

1. Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order instructed by manufacturer.
2. Cycle: wheat, sweet, or white Setting: Light.
3. Use of timer feature is OK.
