Garlic Cocktail Olives

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) jar kalamata olives, drained
- 1 (7 ounce) jar of whole green olives, drained
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients.
- Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 hours before serving.
- This can be made 5 days ahead of time (keep in refrigerator). Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
