Garlic Cheese Spread

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Food Network at $40 a Day courtesy of Sunrise Cafe, Palm Casino Hotel.

• Serves: 15

Ingredients

• 20  ounces  grated pecorino romano cheese
• 2  cups mayonnaise
• 2  tablespoons  chopped parsley
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons  minced garlic
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1  pinch cayenne pepper
• 1  dash  hot red pepper sauce
• 3  loaves  Italian bread, long loaves, split lengthwise

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, except the bread, together in a large bowl.
2. Spread on bread and toast.
