Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- 1⁄2 cup soft butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 -2 fresh garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
Directions
- Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut bread into one inch thick slices, but leave them hinged on the bottom with not cutting all the way through.
- Place bread on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Combine all ingredients and spread on inside of slices.
- Sprinkle top with a few drops of water.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
