Garlic and Pine Nut Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 boiled baby potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 cup pine nuts
- olive oil
- scallion (spring onions)
Directions
- Cut the boiled potatoes into cubes.
- Heat the oil and the garlic in a pan.
- Add the potato cubes and the scallions to the pan.
- Finally add the pine nuts and fry the mixture for about 5 to 10 minutes.
