Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
- Add the vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper to a food processor bowl.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the oil.
- Serve immediately or place in a glass container (with a lid) and refrigerate.
