Garlic and Herb Vinaigrette

Homemade salad dressings are so flavorful I find I don't use nearly as much on my salads. This dressing is one of my favorites

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 1  medium garlic clove, minced
• 5  tablespoons olive oil
• 3  tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1  tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1⁄8 teaspoon celery seed
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1  teaspoon dried dill
• 1  teaspoon dried basil
• 1  teaspoon dried marjoram

Directions

1. Combine everything in a medium bowl.
2. Whisk until well blended.
3. Shake well before serving.
4. This keeps indefinitely in the refrigerator.
