Garlic and Herb Mayonnaise

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup cooking oil
- salt
Directions
- Blend eggs til thick and pale.
- Slowly add apple cider vinegar.
- Warm oil slightly, and trickle into egg until mixture has thickened.
- Add herbs, garlic and salt.
