Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1 packet Equal sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon vegetables or 1 tablespoon salad oil
- 1 lb spaghetti
Directions
- Put the vegetables in a pot and cover tightly.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
- Add seasonings.
- Cover pot, cook medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add oil and simmer for 30 min. or until carrots are tender.
- Cook spaghetti, drain.
- Toss with the sauce.
