Garbanzo and Pasta Soup

Ingredients
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1 bay leaf
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup uncooked ditalini or 1⁄3 cup orzo pasta
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except zucchini, pasta and salt and pepper in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours, adding zucchini and pasta during last 20 minutes.
