G0-Tender Marinade

• Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup onion, diced fine
• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄4 cup  oil
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  celery salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon rosemary
• 1  garlic clove, minced

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Marinate steak for 5 hours, turning occasionally.
