Fusako's Japanese Ham Rice

I got this recipe from a dear friend - A light, quick crowd pleaser! Very tasty - teenagers LOVE it!

• Serves: 5-7
• Yields: 1 large pot full

Ingredients

• 2  cups  small cubed ham
• 3  carrots, grated
• 1  large onion, chopped
• 1  bell pepper, chopped
• 3  cups cooked rice
•  catsup

Directions

1. Saute onions,carrots& peppers until tender but crunchy.
2. add ham& heat thouroughly.
3. add rice& mix well.
4. add enough catsup to turn the rice pink.
