Funnel Cakes

- Stir first four ingredients together.
- Mix in eggs and milk.
- Place half a cup batter in funnel with 1/2' opening with finger over spout.
- Hold funnel over hot veggie oil,about one inches in a heavy skillet.
- Remove finger and swirl batter into a shape of a coil.
- Brown on both sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powder sugar.
