Funnel Cake Thank You Emeril

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 1⁄4 cups milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, light brown
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- Mix egg, milk and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden brown.
- I added extra vanilla. Mix was thick, so added a bit of water to thin.
