Funky Soy Baked Chicken

Sounded too easy and weird to pass up. Simply a coating of soy sauce and mayonnaise on the chicken. I am posting it here for safe keeping. It is from "A Class Act" Millburn High School.

Ingredients

• 3 1⁄2 lbs chicken parts
• 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

1. Mix the soy sauce into the mayonnnaise and coat the chicken with the mixture.
2. Bake in a baking dish at 350 degrees F. for 1 and a half hours until golden.
