Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- in large skillet, heat oil. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender and starting to brown, about 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in garlic and parsley and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
