Full Moon

A drink with rum, kahlua, spices and cold espresso. Taken in a book.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 ounce white rum
• 1⁄2 ounce Kahlua
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1  pinch ground cloves
• 1  pinch cinnamon
• 5  ounces  brewed espresso, cold
• 1⁄2 ounce heavy cream

Directions

1. Add rum, kahlua, sugar in a highball glass half filled with ice. Stir.
2. When sugar is dissolve, add spices and complete with cold espresso.
3. Slowly pour the heavy cream on the back of a spoon.
