Fudgy Chocolate Frosting

This goes well on any chocolate cake, but especially the Chocolate Suicide Cake!

• Yields: 4 cups

Ingredients

• 14  tablespoons coconut oil
• 2  cups raw sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups  unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1  cup soymilk
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

1. In a 2-3 quart saucepan over medium heat, melt the oil. Stir in the sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in creamer.
2. Heat, stirring almost constantly, until mixture is smooth and hot, but not boiling.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
4. Set aside to cool to room temperature, until thick enough to spread.
