Fudgy Chocolate Cupcakes (Or Cake)

Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup dark cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee dissolve in 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 3⁄4 cups water
- 1 1⁄2 cups oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Add dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Fill cupcake liners two thirds full (as they rise quite a bit).
- Bake in a preheated 350 oven for about 20-30 minutes (or about 60 minutes for a cake) or until toothpick comes out clean.
