Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups butter, softened
- 2 2⁄3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- confectioners' sugar (optional)
Directions
- in a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- add eggs and vanilla.
- mix well.
- combine flour, cocoa and salt.
- add to the creamed mixture.
- mix well.
- spread into a greased 13inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
- bake at 350 degrees, for 25-30 minutes or until top is dry and the center is set.
- cool completely.
- dust with confectioners' sugar or any frosting, if desired.
