Fudgy Brownies

a chocolate brownie recipe and who doesn't like chocolate.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄3 cups butter, softened
• 2 2⁄3 cups sugar
• 4  eggs
• 1  tablespoon vanilla extract
• 2  cups all-purpose flour
• 1  cup  baking cocoa
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
•  confectioners' sugar (optional)

Directions

1. in a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
2. add eggs and vanilla.
3. mix well.
4. combine flour, cocoa and salt.
5. add to the creamed mixture.
6. mix well.
7. spread into a greased 13inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
8. bake at 350 degrees, for 25-30 minutes or until top is dry and the center is set.
9. cool completely.
10. dust with confectioners' sugar or any frosting, if desired.
