Directions

  1. Combine cocoa, sugar. coffee, cornflour and malted milk in a saucepan.
  2. Gradually stir in milk and cream.
  3. Cook, whisking constantly, until thick about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, cool slightly.
  5. Cover surface with plastic wrap to stop skin forming.
  6. Pour into popsicle molds, insert sticks.
  7. Freeze till solid overnight.
