Fudge Frosting for Brownies

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Boil for 30 seconds the milk and powdered sugar. Add the chocolate chips and boil for 1 min.,stirring constantly.Beat well until smooth and pour over warm brownies. This is enough to cover a 9x13.
