- Beat egg white until stiff.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add flour and salt.
- Add cooled melted chocolate.
- Add egg yolk and milk.
- Gently fold egg white in mixture.
- Spoon mixture into buttered individual custard cups.
- Set cups into pan of water.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes in moderate oven or until done.
