Fudge Brownie Pie

Very easy. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 (21 ounce) package  fudge brownie mix
  • 2  eggs
  • 12 cup  vegetable oil
  • 14 cup water
  • 34 cup  dark chocolate chips or 34 cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (9 inch)  pie crusts (unbaked)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil and water.
  3. Stir with wooden spoon until well blended (about 50 strokes).
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon into pie crust.
  6. Bake until set (40-45 minutes).
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Cut pie into wedges and serve each wedge with a scoop of ice cream.
