Fruity Dessert Burritos

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 12 flour tortillas (6- to 7-inch)
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 medium bananas, chopped
- 2 large kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped (about 1 cup)
- 6 -8 strawberries, hulled and chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1⁄2 cup flaked coconut
Directions
- Spread 2 teaspoons peanut butter on each tortilla. Top each tortilla with 1 heaping tablespoon each pineapple, bananas, kiwi and strawberries. Sprinkle with coconut. Roll up tortillas.
