Fruited Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 3⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
- 2 cups finely shredded Chinese cabbage or 2 cups napa cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 2⁄3 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄2 lb thinly sliced deli smoked turkey
Directions
- Combine the mayonnaise, orange peel, orange juice, and curry powder. Spread over tortillas. Top with cabbage, onion, oranges, cranberries, and turkey. Roll up!
