Fruit Topped Almond Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 1/2ounce) package French vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 12 cups  cold milk
  • 1  cup  whipping cream
  • 12-34 teaspoon  almond extract
  • 3  cups  mixed fruit (strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges)

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.
  2. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes; set aside.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream and extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold into pudding.
  5. Spoon into a shallow 2 quart serving dish.
  6. Chill. Top with fruit just before serving.
