Fruit Syrup for Pancakes

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) box Jello gelatin (any kind)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
- Serve on pancakes,waffles or ice cream.
- Add fruit if desired using the juice in place of the water.
