Ingredients
- 10 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 cup frozen berries (your choice)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup spinach
- ice (add as much or as little as you want to get the right texture)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend.
