Ingredients

  • 10  ounces  unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2  tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1  cup  frozen berries (your choice)
  • 1  cup  plain  Greek yogurt
  • 14 cup spinach
  •  ice (add as much or as little as you want to get the right texture)

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend.
