Fruit Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon finely chopped mint
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cubes apples
- 12 cubes watermelon
- 12 cubes peeled kiwi
Directions
- In a bowl combine dressing ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
- Thread 1 cube of apple watermelon and kiwi onto each skewer and place on platter. Drizzle fruit with dressing and serve.
