- 2⁄3 cup fage Greek yogurt
- 8 -10 blueberries
- 3 medium sized strawberries
- 5 -6 raspberries
- 5 -6 blackberries
- 1⁄3 banana
- 1⁄2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 scoop vanilla, protein mix
- 2 teaspoons Equal sugar substitute (2 packets)
