Fruit Cooler (Alcoholic)

A fruity alcholic punch for summer. To serve as a non-alcoholic puch just elimiate the bourbon and use ginger ale in place of the club soda. Recipe source: Bon Appetit (May 1982) Show more

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 fluid ounce) can  frozen pineapple concentrate, unthawed
  • 2  bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1  cup  ice cube
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12 cups  club soda
  • 23 cup Bourbon

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients (pineapple juice - sugar) in a blender or food processor and blend into smooth.
  2. Transfer to a chilled pitcher and stir in soda and bourbon.
