  1. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  4. Spoon equal portions into crusts.
  5. Top with fruit; brush with jelly.
  6. Chill 2 hours or until set.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
