Frozen Tomato Mayo

Ingredients
- 1 (1/4ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Directions
- Soften gelatin in cold water. Place over hot water until gelatin dissolves.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into an ice-cube tray.
- Freeze.
- Serve frozen cubes on a bed of lettuce.
