Frozen Taffy Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup treacle or 1⁄2 cup golden syrup
- 2 cups light cream
- 1⁄2 cup nuts, toasted & chopped
Directions
- Beat the eggs then add treacle. Stir in the cream.
- Place in freezing tray of refrigerator with control set at coldest temperature. When almost frozen, transfer to bowl and beat again until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add nuts. Then replace in freezing tray and freeze until firm.
- Serve when firm.
