Frozen Strawberries

Yields: 4 1/2 pints
Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries
- 5 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 3⁄4 ounces pectin
- 1 cup water
Directions
- stem and slice strawberries
- mix with sugar
- let stand 1 hour
- combine pectin and water
- boil 1 minute
- pour over berries
- mix well
- seal in freezer containers
- freeze.
