Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1⁄4 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup butter, melted
Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softeded
- 2⁄3 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua (or Baileys)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee (dissolved in 2 tsp hot water)
- 1 cup whipping cream (beat until stiff)
Directions
- Crust: Mix wafers with sugar and melted butter. Place in springform pan and chill.
- Filling: In a large bowl, beat whipping cream first. Set aside. With clean beaters, cream cheese until fluffly. Slowly beat in condensed milk and chocolate syrup.
- Dissolve coffee. Add to the mixture. Add whipped cream. Pour into crumb lined pan and freeze for 10 hours or until firm.
- Option Garnishes: Chocolate shavings, chocolate sprinkles, whipped cream, raspberry coulis, chocolate sauce.
