Frozen Mississippi Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped (optional)
- 1⁄2 ounce chunk milk chocolate, for grating
Directions
- Add brown sugar to well beaten eggs; beat.
- Add flour and soda; mix well.
- Add vanilla and pecans; mex well.
- Put mixtue into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake 30 minute at 300.
- Cool completely.
- Break into bite-sized pieces (top is dry and interior is caramel-like) in the same pan.
- Fold in the 2 cups whipped cream int the baked pieces.
- Freeze mixture.
- To serve, cut into squares.
- If desired, top with remaining whipped cream.
- Grate chocolate over each serving.
