Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 2 peaches, fresh (or 1 15-oz can of sliced peaches)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 ounces shelled walnuts
- 8 maraschino cherries
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1⁄2 cup fresh blackberries
Directions
- Peel peaches, half and slice. Hull strawberries, cut in half. Chop walnuts. Cut cherries in half.
- Blend together sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a medium bowl.
- Gently fold in all the fruits into the cream sauce.
- Pour into a 9-inch or 8-inch square pan; freeze until firm.
- Cut into squares to serve.
