Frozen Cranberry Vodka

  1. Put the cranberries and sugar in a food processor and process until finely chopped.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and pour in the vodka. Stir and cover with a double layer of plastic wrap. Leave the bowl in a cool, dark place for 3-4 weeks.
  3. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth and pour back into the reserved vodka bottle. Screw on lid and store in freezer until needed.
