Frozen Cranberry Salad

Served at a ladies Christmas dinner . . . so yummy that it can also be used as dessert!

  1. Combine milk and lemon juice.
  2. Drain crushed pineapple and squeeze until nearly dry.
  3. Stir pineapple and cranberry sauce into milk/lemon mixture.
  4. Add marshmallows, pecans and food coloring.
  5. Fold in Cool Whip.
  6. Spoon into a 9X13 casserole dish.
  7. Freeze at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Cut into serving size squares.
