Frozen Cole Slaw

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
- Chop vegetables, sprinkle with salt. Let stan one hour.
- Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool. Pour over cabbage and mix. Stir well. Freeze in plastic freezer bags. To serve.
- Thaw in refrig.
