  1. Chop vegetables, sprinkle with salt. Let stan one hour.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool. Pour over cabbage and mix. Stir well. Freeze in plastic freezer bags. To serve.
  3. Thaw in refrig.
