Frozen Chocolate Pie

Easy to make and the taste is great! **This needs to freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.**

Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1⁄3 cup  baking cocoa
• 1⁄3 cup milk
• 1 (8 ounce) carton  frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 (9 inch)  baked  pie crusts
•  chocolate curls (optional) or  chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add cocoa alternately with milk; mix well.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Pour into pie shell.
5. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
6. If desired, garnish with chocolate curls or chips.
7. Serve directly from the freezer (pie does not need to be thawed to cut).
8. **Freeze time not included in "cook" time.
