Frozen Bellinis

A friend and I were searching for the "perfect" Frozen Bellini... this is what we came up with! Mmm! (You can add more vodka if you wish).

• Serves: 1-2

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup vodka
• 1⁄4 cup  peach preserves (jam)
• 1 (14 ounce) can  peach halves in syrup
• 1  cup  ice

Directions

1. Place all ingredients including juice from canned peaches in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
